◎租屋日當日未辦理入住手續者，視同住房，已付訂單之訂金將全額沒收。
◎租屋因素： 住房當日遇颱風、地震等不可抗拒因素時（以氣象局發佈或飯店高雄市政府頒布狀況為判定準則），以致無法順利住房，訂房者可依規定變更住房日期或退費處理之。待確認無誤後，可辦理保留租屋權益並扣除訂單總額5%為作業手續費用。
Failure to check in is deemed as equivalent of having stayed at hostel. As a result, no refund will be issued.
However, if failure to check in is due to uncontrollable variables such as natural diasters (The degree of intensity of natural diasters is determined by bureau of meteorology amd kaohsiung city government), individuals have the option to either change the check-in date ot request the refund (minus the 5% transaction fee).
